Robert Van Order
Robert Van Order has an extensive background in the contract cleaning business. Working in his father’s business in Michigan helped prepare Robert for his chosen career. He financed his Bachelor’s of Business Administration degree by performing janitorial duties. After graduating from Grand Valley State University, he was transferred to Denver.
Upon arriving in Denver in 1979, Robert accepted a management position with another cleaning contractor, resulting in the development and expansion of that company in the local Metro area.
Upon forming Absolute Property Care, Robert has been responsible for the sales, marketing and administrative efforts of this company. His ability to bid and secure contracts, combined with his overall knowledge of the industry, has helped steer the company in the day-to-day functions of the business.
David Van Order
David Van Order is the Vice President of Sales and Marketing combining his experiences with working along side Robert in both daily operations as well as marketing. His knowledge of the industry is vast allowing him to work with property managers in securing Absolute Property Care’s reputation as a superb service.
